Two of our CFM Athletes working hard!! The sled pull is a great way train for speed and power. Great job to all who came out and wodded on Tuesday!





WOD: Strength in Deadlift

AMRAP in 10 mins of:
7 burpees
60 ft farmers carry
200m run
